IZAKAYA MITTO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the iconic place of Sydney. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

RSA is a requirement for this role.
PR/Citizen Only
At least 2-3 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant; with a strong understanding of Restaurant management.
Demonstrated experiencing in training staff on sales & service procedures.
Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

About the Benefits

Working Hours:

40+ hours per week, including weekends.
Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).
Hourly wage:

Weekday : $38 + Super.
Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
