Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to craft delicious coffee drinks and provide excellent customer service. As a barista, you’ll be the face of our cafe, building strong connections with our customers and making their day a little better, one coffee at a time. We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, friendly, and has a love for coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, hot and cold drinks.
Create beautiful latte art and execute drinks with consistency and quality.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and keep up with inventory.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and customer orders accurately.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and setting up the cafe for the next shift.

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
Strong passion for coffee and the ability to create an excellent coffee experience.
Ability to handle busy periods and multitask effectively.
Great customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
A fun and supportive work environment.
