About You
We're looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
• Previous experience in medical reception, optometry, healthcare, or retail is an advantage, but not essential.
The ability to speak conversational Korean is highly desirable, as many of our patients are Korean-speaking.
