Estimator / Contract Admin (+ Design) | Sydney | $90K–$120K + Super | Immediate Start

Mbuildings Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based builder specialising in residential construction, renovations, and commercial fitouts.

We are seeking a detail-driven Estimator who can also support basic design / drafting work.

Your role:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations
Manage contracts, variations, and progress claims
Review drawings and project requirements
Assist with basic design / AutoCAD / SketchUp drafting

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Estimating / Contract Admin (Construction)
Strong Excel (BOQ / cost tracking)
Ability to read drawings
Experience in AutoCAD / SketchUp (preferred)
High attention to detail
