저희 gear project는 오랜 경험을 바탕으로 빠르게 성장중인 fit out 전문 건설회사입니다.
현재 회사확장으로 인해 Project Manager를 추가로 모집합니다.

Gear Project에서 상업 건설 및 피트아웃 프로젝트를 책임감 있게 이끌 프로젝트 매니저를 찾고 있습니다. 현장 운영과 서브컨트랙터 관리뿐 아니라, 시니어 리더십과 함께 프로젝트 전반을 조율하며 높은 수준의 결과를 만들어가는 역할입니다.

업무 소개
프로젝트 초기 계획부터 준공까지 전체 과정을 관리하게 됩니다. 예산과 일정 운영, 이해관계자 조율, 문서 및 리포트 관리 등을 담당하며, 프로젝트의 품질과 안전, 성과를 중심으로 책임을 맡게 됩니다.

지원자 요건
상업 건설 PM 경험이 있고, 현장 팀과 하도급업체를 이끌 수 있는 리더십을 갖추신 분을 찾고 있습니다. WHS와 컴플라이언스에 대한 이해가 있으며, 커뮤니케이션이 뛰어나고 문제 해결에 적극적인 분이면 좋습니다. White Card, 운전면허, 호주에서 합법적으로 풀타임으로 일할 수 있는 비자 소유하신 분 지원 부탁드립니다.

우대 사항
건설 관련 학위가 있는 경우 우대하며, 리테일·호스피탈리티·오피스 피트아웃 프로젝트 경험이 있다면 큰 강점이 됩니다.

Project Manager – Job Post
Full-Time | Clyde NSW

Gear Project is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial construction and fit-out projects across Sydney. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The Role
In this position, you will oversee projects from planning through to handover. You’ll manage schedules, budgets and stakeholders, coordinate documentation, and maintain strong communication throughout each stage of delivery. You will be the key point of accountability for performance, quality, and project outcomes.

About You
You have proven experience in commercial construction project management with the ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and navigate onsite challenges. You understand WHS, compliance, and cost control, and you communicate clearly and decisively. White Card, a full driver’s licence and full working rights are required.

Highly Regarded
Formal qualifications in construction management or building are desirable, as is experience delivering retail, hospitality or corporate fit-outs.
