Senior Visual Merchandising: Position Description

W Cosmetics is a leading cosmetics company with a strong presence in the beauty industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Visual Merchandising for our Korean Brands to join our team. If you have a passion for beauty and have a proven track record in visual merchandising, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee visual merchandising strategies across various retail channels.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Develop and manage visually stunning displays that align with the latest beauty trends.
Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Manage the execution of in-store displays and promotional setups.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to integrate visual concepts.
Ensure consistency and brand integrity in all visual merchandising efforts.
Read, write and speak Korean!
Qualifications:
Proven experience in visual merchandising within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak Korean fluently.
Experience working directly with key stakeholders.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Strong understanding of the beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of executing high-impact visual strategies.
