You’ll have a real voice in the business and be trusted to lead, contribute ideas and help us continue to grow.</div><div><br></div><div>We’d love to meet you if you :</div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Have at least 1 year experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar role in an elegant casual or fine-dining restaurants</li><li>Are confident leading a busy floor while keeping service warm, polished and personal</li><li>Have solid wine knowledge and a genuine interest in food &amp; beverage</li><li>Naturally take ownership and notice the little things without needing to be asked</li><li>Enjoy bringing the best out of a team</li><li>Want to contribute, learn and build something long-term</li><li>Sake knowledge is a bonus but curiosity is more important - we’ll teach you the rest</li><li><b>Immediate start available</b></li><li>Salary starting at $70,000 p/a + super, negotiable based on experience and capability</li><li>Unrestricted full working rights in Australia</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div>Most importantly, there’s genuine career progression here.
