Full-Time Site Supervisor – Sydney

RTR Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising maintenance works for NSW Government Housing projects across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Requirements
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Driver Licence (Own vehicle preferred but not essential)
Fluent in both English and Korean
Construction experience is preferred but not essential
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Email
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections
Coordinate and supervise maintenance work sites
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and tradespeople
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintain project schedules and site documentation
