About Us
My Paint & Co, is a young and dynamic business specializing in paints and decorating supplies. Our new store is based in Mitchell, ACT and we also operate an online business to reach a wider customer base. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us grow this business together.
What you'll be doing
Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers, helping them select the right products for their painting and decorating needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Maintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing store environment
Actively participate in stock management and replenishment activities
Support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the retail or home improvement industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail to handle sales transactions accurately
Enthusiasm for the home improvement and decorating sector, with a willingness to learn about our extensive product range
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work evenings and weekends as required
