Junior Accountant

Fast Future Brands is a well-established innovative retail company and owner of popular fashion brands Valleygirl and MIRROU. Since opening its first store in 1996, the company has experienced rapid but sustainable growth thanks to the outstanding success of its fashion brands in the marketplace.

We are seeking an individual with strong administration skills and willingness to join our Account Team at Head Office in Rydalmere NSW.


The main responsibilities of the role will include:

-Invoice Journal Entry
-AP account reconciliations
-Basic bank reconciliation
-Handling creditor queries
-Perform month-end closing
-Supporting Finance manager
-Ad hoc duties as required
-General administration, filing, documentation utilising MS word and excel

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in commerce major (accounting/finance preferred)
• 0-3 years of Accounting experience preferred but not a must
• High level of attention to details
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Experience in MS Office and accounting s/w (ERP - Pronto experience preferred)
• Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation
• Sound communication skills (Bilingual in English & Korean speakers desirable)
