[지원자격]
• 정규 신학대학 및 신학대학원(M.Div 또는 이에 준하는 학위) 졸업자
• 목사 안수를 받은 자
• 한국어 설교 및 목회가 가능한 자
• 성경적 가치관과 건강한 리더십을 갖춘 자
• 교회와 성도들을 사랑으로 섬길 수 있는 자

Sydney Liberty Church (formerly. Siloam Korean Presbyterian Church)

Sydney Liberty Church is a Australian Presbyterian Church committed to worshipping God, preaching the Gospel, and serving both its congregation and the local community through biblical teaching and pastoral ministry.

The Church is seeking a dedicated to pastoral care and spiritual guidance Pastor who will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance while supporting the continued growth of the congregation and the Church's outreach ministries.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Sunday worship services and other regular worship gatherings.
• Prepare and deliver biblical sermons and teaching.
• Provide pastoral care, visitation, counselling, and spiritual guidance to church members.
• Lead prayer meetings, Bible studies, and discipleship programs.
• Welcome, support, and disciple new members.
• Conduct evangelism and community outreach activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight to church ministries and volunteer teams.
• Support the spiritual development of children, youth, and families.

Essential Requirements
• A recognised theological qualification (Master of Divinity or equivalent).
• Ordained minister with appropriate pastoral experience.
• Ability to preach and conduct pastoral ministry in the Korean language.
• Demonstrated Christian character, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Strong commitment to the mission and ministry of the Church.
