Park Bongsook Restaurant (Hurstville branch) is looking for a full-time kitchen chef to join our team long-term.

풀타임 주방 셰프 1명
Full-time Kitchen Chef (1 position)

🔹 근무 시간 | Working Hours

주 5일 근무
5 days per week

오전 10시 ~ 오후 9시 30분
10:00 AM – 9:30 PM

(근무 일정은 협의 가능)
(Schedule can be discussed)

🔹 업무 내용 | Job Duties

주방 섹션 운영 및 조리
Kitchen section management and cooking

소스 관리 및 제조
Sauce management and preparation

마리네이드 및 FIFO 관리
Marinating and FIFO stock management

재료 준비 및 주방 관리
Food preparation and kitchen organisation

위생 관리 및 오더 처리
Hygiene control and order handling

🔹 지원 자격 | Requirements

주방 경력 2년 이상
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience

한식 경험자 또는 한식에 대한 이해 및 학습 의지가 있는 분
Experience in Korean cuisine or willingness to learn Korean food

책임감 있고 팀워크가 좋은 분
Responsible with good teamwork

장기 근무 가능자
Looking for long-term staff
