Buyer (mobile phone and tablet parts) in Auburn NSW

Happytel is the global industry leader in mobile device accessories and repairs with over 30 years of experience and more than 50 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated Buyer who will be in charge of the Smartphone and Tablet Repair Parts within our Product Team.

Are you passionate about smartphones and tablets? Do you have experience in repairs, procurement or supplier management? Join our Product Team at the Sydney Head Office and play a key role in sourcing and managing high-quality repair components

Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier & Cost Management – Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure quality parts at competitive costs.
- Procurement & Inventory – Source and purchase smartphone and tablet parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Quality Control – Work closely with the QC Inspector to test parts and ensure they meet our standards.
- Market Analysis – Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing models, and sourcing strategies.
- Collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to align procurement with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant industry.
- Procurement and supply chain management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables experience is a plus).

Training will be provided in repair processes and Microsoft Excel for report generation and data analysis.
