한국 본사 및 해외 공급사와의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상품 소싱 및 셀렉션
호주 시장 트렌드 분석 및 신상품 발굴
마진 구조 분석 (원가, 환율, 물류비, 도매가 등)
판매 부진 상품 정리 및 베스트셀러 확대 전략 수립
대체 상품 발굴 및 필요 시 출장 업무 수행
시즌별 / 고객별 / 스페셜 상품 상품 믹스 기획
주요 리테일 고객 요구에 맞춘 상품 제안
SKU, 마진, 카테고리 관리 전반 책임
자격 요건
한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
한국 시장 및 상품 이해도가 높은 분
리테일 트렌드 분석 능력 보유자
상품 소싱 또는 바이어 경력자 우대
엑셀 및 기본 오피스 프로그램 활용 가능자

무역, 유통, 리테일 관련 경력
한국 공급처 네트워크 보유자
데이터 분석 및 마진 관리 경험자
조직 구조
Sales Manager 하에 근무
호주 내 신규 공급처 확대를 위한 Sales Staff 와 협업

Retail Buyer – Job Opening
Imventure 25 Pty Ltd
Imventure 25 Pty Ltd is an import and retail distribution company specialising in sourcing products primarily from Korea. We are seeking a motivated Retail Buyer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Product sourcing and selection through communication with Korean headquarters and overseas suppliers
Market trend analysis in Australia and new product development
Margin structure analysis (cost, exchange rate, logistics, wholesale pricing)
Managing slow-moving items and expanding best-selling products
Identifying replacement products and occasional business travel if required
Planning seasonal, customer-specific, and special product mixes
Proposing products tailored to key retail clients
Overall responsibility for SKU, margin, and category management
Requirements
Proficiency in Korean and English communication
Strong understanding of the Korean market and products
Ability to analyse retail trends
Experience in buying, sourcing, or merchandising preferred
Competency in Excel and basic office software

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
