[Tailormade Project] Estimator

Tailormade Project is a growing construction company working across residential, commercial, and government sectors. We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Sydney. If you're passionate about construction and ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare tenders, take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and government/council projects

Review supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive and accurate proposals

Maintain up-to-date project cost records and assist with bid presentations

Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

Skills & Experience
Prior experience estimating commercial fit-outs and/or new build projects is a plus

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred
