💼 Enrolled Nurse – Korean Community Aged Care (Sydney)

📌 About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:

Assist in assessing and responding to the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients

Support Registered Nurses in developing and implementing personalised care plans

Administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and provide wound care under RN supervision

Maintain accurate documentation in line with aged care compliance and quality standards

Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities

Work collaboratively with care workers and coordinators to ensure clients are supported with dignity and respect

📌 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Less than 1 year experience in aged care: training will be provided

Minimum 1 year experience in aged care: highly regarded

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Current Police Clearance

Bilingual in Korean & English (preferred)

Australian work rights

Genuine passion for person-centred aged care
