Mobile House, an authorized Samsung service center operating in Sydney and Melbourne, is expanding its Sydney team! With 15 team members and growing, we handle around 2,000 repairs every month, collaborating with top partners like Samsung to provide excellent service to our customers.

Position:
Mobile Technician

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues in various phone models (e.g., screen replacements, battery changes, system issue fixes).
Provide technical support and advice to customers, explaining the root cause of phone issues.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in mobile phone repairs.
Knowledge of various phone models and operating systems.
Prior experience in mobile phone repair is preferred.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and stay updated on Samsung product trends.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
