Position:Full-Time Cafe Chef

Experience:Minimum 3 years (cafe, bistro, or fast-casual preferred)

Hourly Wage:$30–$35/hour(commensurate with experience)

Your Role
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Craft and execute breakfast/lunch menus, including pastries, sandwiches, salads, and daily specials.
- Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal rotations.
- Mentor and support kitchen staff.

We’re Looking For Someone With
- 3+ years of professional cooking experience(cafe, brunch, or bistro background ideal).
- Strong skills in high-volume prep, plating, and expediting.
- Creativity in developing seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork focus.
