We are looking for a highly motivated person to oversee our food production
operations. We strongly prefer experienced in the food manufacturing industry, esp Gyoza/Mandu (Skin) pastry Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
2. Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
3. Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
4. Maintain production schedules for optimum productivity and efficiency.
5. Identify and address production issues.
6. Manage inventory records.
7. Communicate with Production Manager regarding production goals and results.

Location & Commitments
● Must be in Sydney area
● Permanent full time / Permanent part-time roles
● Monday - Friday (38 - 40 hours per week)
● Must have full working rights in Australia
● Include 2 work references

• 근무지: 시드니 지역
• 근무 형태: 정규직(풀타임) 또는 정규직(파트타임)
• 근무 요일: 월요일~금요일
• 근무 시간: 주 38~40시간
• 비자 조건: 호주에서 풀타임 근무 권한 필수, 워홀도 가능
• 필수 서류: 추천인 2명의 정보 포함
