Want to become a barista but don’t know where to start?
This course is designed for absolute beginners who want to start a barista career in cafés.

No experience required.

Course Details
Dates: 28th and 29th December
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Duration: 2 days, 6 hours total
Level: Beginner
Location: The Dining and Co, Rhodes
Ground floor at Rhodes Recreation Centre
Class size: Small group, hands-on training

What You Will Learn
Espresso machine and grinder basics
How to make café-standard coffee
Milk steaming and microfoam
Flat white, latte, cappuccino and long black
Basic latte art including heart and tulip
Café workflow and speed
Customer service and barista etiquette
Trial shift readiness

Outcome
By the end of the course, you will feel confident behind an espresso machine, understand real café workflow, and be ready for trial shifts and entry-level barista roles.
A Certificate of Completion will be provided.
