📌 About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you will:

Assess and respond to the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients

Develop and manage personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, GPs, and allied health professionals

Administer medication, monitor wound care, and manage chronic conditions

Supervise and mentor care workers to maintain high standards

Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with aged care compliance and quality standards

Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities

Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure clients are supported with dignity and respect

📌 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Less than 1 year experience in the aged care sector: training will be provided

Minimum of 1 year experience in the aged care sector: highly regarded

Current police clearance

A genuine passion for person-centred aged care

Australian work rights

Bilingual in Korean & English
