If you don't have it, you can obtain it for free.</div><div>- RSA certification is mandatory for hall staff.</div><div>- Candidates should be able to work efficiently and demonstrate physical fitness, particularly during peak hours.</div><div>- A positive attitude and enjoyment of work are essential.</div><div>- Candidates must be capable of serving customers and communicating effectively with staff in English.</div><div>- Appreciation for Yayoi-ken cuisine is preferred.</div><div>- Japanese or Asian Restaurant experience is preferred.</div><div>- Possession of a valid work-ready VISA and the ability to commit to a minimum of six months of employment are required.</div><div><br></div><div>Others:</div><div>- Those with experience in restaurant operations or the hospitality industry.</div><div>For hall staff, the minimum requirement is being able to converse in English at least at a business level.</div><div>- Staff meals are available at a special price.</div><div>- Uniforms are provided (polo shirts and aprons) and must be returned upon leaving the company.</div><div>- Staff must not wear earrings, necklaces, or any other jewellery, and nails are prohibited to prevent contamination by foreign objects.</div><div><br></div><div>Hourly rate:</div><div>For employees aged 20 years and over, rules differ from those for employees under 20.</div><div>The hourly rates will be reviewed after the training is completed.</div><div>Weekdays $33.85$/hr</div><div>Weekends $40.62$/hr</div><div>Public Holidays $67.70$/hr</div>
