현재 NSW주에 10개의 매장을 운영 중이고 메뉴얼화를 통한 체계적인 매장운영을 추구하고 있으며 호주 전역으로의 매장 확장을 추진 중에 있습니다.
채용직책
사업 확장으로 인한 본사 인력 추가 및 효율적이고 체계적인 매장 운영을 위하여 Operations Supervisor 직책의 적임자를 찾고 있습니다.
Operations Supervisor는 본사 직영 매장들에 주로 초점을 맞추어 성공적이고 효율적인 매장운영을 Head of Operations 의 감독/가이드 하에 책임지는 자리입니다.
주요 책임업무
• 모든 매장들 및 관련 지원 시설들의 효율적인 운영을 위한 지원 및 가이드
• 본사 <-> 지점장/점주님 들 간의 커뮤니케이션 창 역할
• 지점장 채용 및 매장 직원 채용의 총괄/가이드
• 지점장/점주 교육, 관리, 동기부여 등 효율적인 매장 운영 및 실적 유지
• 재고, 외이지, 근무 로스터 관리 (지점장/점주님 들이 직접 관리하는 시스템 이지만 Operations Supervisor의 감독/가이드/지원 필요)
지원요건
• 영어/한국어 가능자
• 호주 운전면허 소유자
• Hospitality/Retail 유 경험자 (필수요건 아님)
• MS Office 의 초/중급 수준 사용 가능자
• 리더쉽 과 체계적인 사고 소유자
연봉
• 경력 및 능력에 따라 협상

BUNSIK Operations Supervisor (Full-Time)
About the business
With its HQ in Silverwater/Rydalmere area, BUNSIK is a fast food franchise business which provides a new Korean Street Food experience to the market.
With its 10 stores in NSW now and the warehouse/factory supporting the operations, BUNSIK is growing very fast and we are also on track of expanding our market nationwide.
The Role
We are recruiting for an ‘Operations Supervisor’ to join our team. Reporting to Head of Operations, the Operations Supervisor will oversee the operational success of our stores & our operations supporting facilities with a focus on company-owned/operated stores.
Key Responsibilities will be (but not limited to)
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the existing stores and the supporting facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Serving as the primary liaison between the store management and the HQ/company management
• Leading recruitment efforts, including hiring and onboarding store managers and other key personnel
• Training, managing and inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence and maintain high performance
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Monitoring & controlling stock levels, roster and wages
What are looking for
• Fluency in English
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Passion for retail food business and an understanding of Korean food
• Experience in (operations & retail products) within a similar industry but not essential
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Leadership & organisational skills in the fast-paced retail food environment
• Intermediate MS Office/IT skills
