Position Introduction

We are looking for creative talent to lead our marketing department.

If you're familiar with trendy music sources, good at using cameras, and can manage everything from campaign planning to conversion, this position is for you.

Main Tasks

As a Marketing & Content Manager, you will oversee digital branding and marketing execution .
This position is a hybrid role that combines content creation with strategic marketing execution.,
You'll be in charge of a portfolio of various restaurant brands, including Butchers Buffet, Gyuniku, and Shabuway.

You'll be responsible for the entire process, from idea planning to production, scheduling, and campaign operation, and the key is to communicate with customers and create tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media operations
Manage content planning and publishing schedules across major platforms , and communicate with the community

• Content Creation
High-quality video and photography for social media, websites, and in-store use·Edit

• Copywriting
Write impactful copy that stops scrolling in posts, ads, newsletters, and more

• Paid Ads
Execute and optimise Meta platforms and Google Ads campaigns

• CRM management
Design customer journeys, manage subscriber databases, and improve customer engagement

• Campaign planning and execution
Overseeing the entire marketing process from concept planning to execution

• Manage your booking system
Monitor and manage the customer booking experience

• Google profile management
Update your online information and manage reviews

• Brand collaborations
Influencer collaborations, brand collaborations, and co-promotion planning

Eligibility

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar job
• High understanding of social media platforms and trends
• 영상/사진 편집 툴 숙련 (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut 등)
• Meta Ads Manager 및 CRM 플랫폼(Mailchimp 등) 사용 경험
• Have personal shooting equipment suitable for creating social media content (photo + video)
• Ability to manage multiple brands and schedules
• Food service industry experience preferred (not required))
• Have a full NSW driver's licence and a personal car (many stores in Sydney )
