주요 업무
• AutoCAD를 활용한 시공용 도면 작성 (SketchUp/Revit 가능자 우대)
• 설계도, 실측, 디자인 의도를 바탕으로 시공 가능한 도면 작성
• 프로젝트 매니저와 협업하여 현장 상황 반영
• 물량 산출 및 자재 내역 정리 (견적 보조)
• 협력업체, 공급업체 및 컨설턴트와 소통
• 도면 버전 관리 및 문서 정리
• 도면 관련 현장 이슈 대응 및 조율
자격 요건
• AutoCAD 사용 가능 (필수)
• 상업 건설 프로젝트에 대한 이해
• 도면 해석 능력 (건축/구조/설비 도면 등)
• 물량 산출 또는 견적 보조 경험
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
• 호주 근무 가능 비자 (필수)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Draftsperson to produce accurate, build-ready drawings to support our Project Managers and site teams. This role also includes assisting with estimating (quantity take-offs and tender support).
This is a multidisciplinary role requiring a mix of technical drawing skill, construction knowledge, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce workshop drawings using AutoCAD (SketchUp/Revit a plus)
• Convert plans, measurements, and design intent into buildable documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to reflect site conditions
• Assist with quantity take-offs and material breakdowns
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to validate dimensions, specifications, and constructability
• Maintain drawing registers and version control
• Support design coordination and assist in resolving on-site drawing issues
Essential Criteria:
• Strong AutoCAD experience (mandatory)
• Understanding of commercial construction processes
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and technically accurate drawings and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Competency in basic estimating tasks, particularly material take-offs and plan interpretation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full working rights in Australia
