* 24시간 근무 가능자 (스케줄 협의)

Withus Care is seeking a full-time Korean-speaking Mental Health and Physical Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Bardia, NSW. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate and holistic care to our culturally diverse clients, supporting their mental health and physical well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Providing emotional support and counselling to clients, utilising your fluency in the Korean language
- Collaborating with allied health professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Advocating for clients and connecting them with relevant community resources and services
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve care standards

What We’re Looking For
- Must hold a Certificate IV or higher in aged care, community services, psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Experience in providing mental health and physical support services, preferably in a community or in-home setting
- Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving the well-being of others
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are essential
