상업 건설 및 fit out 프로젝트를 처음부터 완료까지 이끌며, 현장팀, 협력업체, 컨설턴트와 협업해 프로젝트 일정, 예산, 품질, 안전을 관리하는 역할입니다.

주요 업무
• 상업 건설 / 피트아웃 프로젝트 전반 관리
• 현장팀, 협력업체, 컨설턴트 관리 및 조율
• 프로젝트 일정, 예산, 자원 관리
• WHS, 품질 및 계약 관련 사항 관리
• 문서, RFI, 진행 보고 관리
• 현장 이슈 해결 및 프로젝트 진행 관리와 보고

자격 요건
• 상업 건설 / 피트아웃 프로젝트 매니저 경험
• 협력업체 및 다양한 이해관계자 관리 능력
• 건설 프로세스, 현장 운영, 안전/품질 기준 이해
• 예산 및 일정 관리 능력
• 리더십, 커뮤니케이션, 문제 해결 능력
• 화이트카드, 운전면허 (Full Driver’s Licence), 호주 근무 가능 비자 (필수)

Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and fit-out projects from start to finish. You’ll manage project delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure quality, safety, and performance at every stage.

You will provide clear direction to site management teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and act as the central point of accountability for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects from planning through to completion
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual requirements
• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, and progress reporting
• Drive problem-solving and keep projects on track
• Report progress and outcomes to the Project Director and Director

Essential Criteria
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction and fit-outs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and compliance
• Ability to manage budgets and project timelines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• White Card, Full Driver’s Licence, and full working rights in Australia.
