About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced /or no experienced Construction Work Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of construction projects.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving on-site issues as they arise.
Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including attendance, materials, and equipment usage.

Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
