Gear Project is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join our team.

This role is suited to someone who wants to build their career in construction and gain real exposure to how commercial sites operate. You will support day-to-day site coordination, assist with managing subcontractors, help maintain safety standards, and ensure works are progressing to programme and quality expectations. Accepting and organising site deliveries will also form part of your daily responsibilities.

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and keen to learn. You should be comfortable working on active sites and ready to be part of the day-to-day action. A valid full driver’s licence and current White Card are required.
