You’ll manage project delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure quality, safety, and performance at every stage.</div><div><br></div><div>You will provide clear direction to site management teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and act as the central point of accountability for successful project delivery.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>• Manage projects from planning through to completion</div><div>• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants</div><div>• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources</div><div>• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual requirements</div><div>• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, and progress reporting</div><div>• Drive problem-solving and keep projects on track</div><div>• Report progress and outcomes to the Project Director and Director</div><div><br></div><div>Essential Criteria</div><div>• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction and fit-outs.</div><div>• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.</div><div>• Solid understanding of construction processes and compliance</div><div>• Ability to manage budgets and project timelines</div><div>• Strong leadership and communication skills</div><div>• White Card, Full Driver’s Licence, and full working rights in Australia.</div><div><br></div><div>Why Join Gear Project?</div><div>• Work on diverse, high-quality projects</div><div>• Supportive and high-performing team</div><div>• Career growth and leadership opportunities</div><div>• Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience</div>
