Full-Time 간호사(스폰서십 가능)

ACT Group 이 지원하는 Nursing Home 에서 아래와 같이 간호사 포지션 2명을 모집 중입니다. 위치는 NSW 지방이며 바로 스폰서십이 가능한 포지션입니다.

# Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Coordinate care with doctors, allied health professionals, residents, and families.
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Care Workers.
- Ensure compliance with aged care regulations, infection control, and workplace safety standards.
- Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and clinical audits.

# Requirements
- Current Australian AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in aged care is preferred but not essential.

# Employment Type
- Full-time
- Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, may be required.
