The Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Marketing Officer (Korean Market) to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to:
Promote and market our training courses to the Korean community.
Provide customer service support in both Korean and English.
Assist students with course information, enquiries, and enrolment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media (Korean & English).
Market training courses within the Korean community through online/offline channels.
Help with enrolments and scheduling training sessions.
Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive student experience.
Requirements
Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Marketing or student services experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours & Pay
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day)
Rate: Casual – $26 per hour
