Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/annum + Super
Salary is Negotiable based on Qualification & Experience
Working Hours & Day: 9 – 5pm, Mon – Fri

About the business
JP&MC Tiling Pty Ltd has been servicing the Building & Construction industry for over 15 years. Based on the Sydney working on diverse projects, specialising in Tiling & Waterproofing.

About the Position
The position is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
The role is to assist the Senior Estimator with the preparation of tenders & estimates, by obtaining prices and quotes from suppliers. You will be required to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and within nominated constraints from pre-start to completion.

The Role Requires
• Assisting the Senior Estimator, preparing estimates and tenders for
submission
• Working with site staff to coordinate site safety requirements.
• Preparing site documentation for projects.
• Register and control project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding reading and
understanding plans.
• Excellent communication and be able to work to deadlines.
• Cost updating of materials.

Desirable Skills
• Experience in a similar role but not essential
• Sound understanding of the construction industry including the ability to
read plans
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft office
