주요 업무:

• 창고 운영 및 재고 관리 총괄
• 재고 조사 및 ERP 시스템 기록 관리
• 창고 직원 감독 및 교육
• 국내 및 해외 수출 물류 관리
• 수출을 위한 제품 포장 및 운송 준비, 규정 준수 확인
• 창고 자동화 및 운영 최적화 실행
• 안전 및 규제 기준 준수 유지

필수 자격:

✅ 한국어 및 영어 능통자
✅ 창고 운영 및 물류 관리 경험자
✅ 리더십 및 조직 관리 능력 보유자
✅ 재고 시스템, 바코드 관리, ERP 소프트웨어 사용 가능자

Job Overview

We are looking for a Korean-speaking Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations and supply chain management. As we restructure and optimise our processes, we seek a proactive leader who can adapt to changes and enhance warehouse efficiency.

Proudex is an Australian pharmaceutical manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience, specialising in high-quality health products. We own brands such as Origin-A, Lifetime Pharmaceuticals, and Nature’s Queen, and our products are distributed through major channels including Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, and Shilla Duty Free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Conduct stocktaking and manage records in the ERP system.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.
• Manage domestic and export logistics.
• Prepare goods for export, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Implement warehouse automation and process improvements.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
