지원 자격 :

[Mobile House: We're Hiring Mobile Technicians & Receptionists]

Mobile House, an official Samsung service center located in Sydney and Melbourne, is expanding our Sydney branch and looking for skilled Mobile Technicians and Receptionists to join our growing team.

We handle over 2,000 repairs each month and work with top-tier partners to deliver outstanding service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Position Title:

- Experienced Mobile Technician

- Quality Checker

- Admin (Data Entry)

Location: Auburn, Sydney
Number of Positions: 2 (Sydney branch only)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience),
$28.2 ~ (per hour)
Mobile Technician salaries negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices (e.g. screen replacement, battery replacement, system troubleshooting)

- Handle customer inquiries and service case intake at the front desk

Qualifications:
- Practical experience and proficiency in mobile phone repair

- Knowledge of various phone models and operating systems

- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new trends

- Responsible and team-oriented mindset

- Prior experience in mobile repair preferred, but training is available for beginners
