Customer Service / Sales Representative - Korean and Mandarin speaking

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Customer Service / Sales Representative, fluent in both Mandarin and Korean to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer service and contribute to driving sales growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal skill with strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Proactively promote and sell products or services to new and existing customer base.
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
-Build and maintain strong relationship with customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

About You:

-Fluency in Mandarin and Korean is essential.
-Excellent customer service skill.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Familiar with various communication platforms and customer relationship management system.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
