Full-Time Handyman / All-Round Maintenance Technician

Intime Maintenance is a growing facilities and maintenance company servicing commercial, strata, Home and NDIS across Sydney.

We are currently seeking a full-time Handyman / All-Round Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and experienced not only in handyman work but also willing to assist with cleaning and gardening duties when required.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

General handyman and maintenance works

Minor repairs (patching, painting, door adjustments, fittings, etc.)

Basic plumbing and maintenance troubleshooting

Assisting with gardening duties (lawn mowing, hedging, basic landscaping)

Supporting cleaning teams when required (pressure washing, site presentation, ad-hoc cleaning tasks)

Attending multiple sites across Sydney

Reporting maintenance issues to management

✅ Requirements

Previous experience in handyman or building maintenance roles

Experience in commercial cleaning and/or gardening preferred

White Card (mandatory)

Driver’s licence (mandatory)

Physically fit and reliable

Strong work ethic and team attitude
