We are committed to leveraging technology to optimise our business operations and are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and upgrade our server and network infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, high availability, and security

Role Overview:

As an IT Systems & Network Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing GOMAPS TRADING’s server and network infrastructure. Your work will focus on deploying new systems, replacing legacy hardware, supporting ERP and Online Order system implementations, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Server & Network Infrastructure Management

· Maintain, monitor, and optimize both onsite and cloud servers, switches, routers, and other network devices for peak performance and reliability.
· Replace legacy infrastructure with modern hardware and software solutions to support business needs.
· Plan, design, and implement LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and system integration.
· Deploy, configure, and maintain network security systems (CISCO, FORTINET)
· Configure and manage VPN connections to provide secure remote access.
· Administer Active Directory, file access permissions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

System Upgrades & ERP/Online Order Support

· Configure both onsite and cloud servers and network devices to support the implementation and integration of ERP and Online Order systems.
· Implement advanced security measures and optimise network topology independently to maintain high system performance and efficiency.
· Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and perform upgrades or repairs to prevent downtime.
· Operational Monitoring & Incident Response
· Continuously monitor server and network performance, resolving faults efficiently.
· Respond promptly to IT emergencies, using diagnostic tools and strategies to restore normal operations quickly.
· Document fault resolutions, system changes, and user support activities to maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer science course
· Proven experience in server infrastructure management, network engineering, and system security.
· Hands-on experience with CISCO and FORTINET network devices, VPN configuration, Active Directory, and enterprise IT environments.
· Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and system integration.
· Ability to manage ERP and Online Order system deployments and server configurations.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
· Language requirement: Korean (fluent), English (comfortable)
· Understand Korean work culture environments
