About the flatmates Hello and thanks for dropping by. I'm looking for sharemates (2 females) for a house that I'm renting in Denistone. Single or multiple applications available. Bring someone with you and receive 1 week's rent free. The price is per person, and includes utilities. It is less than 10 minutes walk to a major shopping centre, trains/buses, public library and a Korean retail precinct in West Ryde. I have a cool cat that you would be also sharing with. There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The kitchen has all the modern appliances, including air fryer and espresso coffee machine. Gas and charcoal BBQ's are available in the rear yard with plenty of room for entertaining. I have previously hosted people from many countries, including many Koreans, and some from Japan, Malaysia, Syria, Colombia, Mexico and of course, Australia. Anyone is welcome.
