A spacious 5-bedroom house located in Northmead. I live with my 4-year old indoor cat and have 2 -rooms available. A maximum of 3 people (including myself) living in the house. The house is very big and you have plenty of space and everything is shared.

There are 3 car spaces available, but if you take public transport, the bus stop is across the road. It takes 15 minutes to Parramatta Station or 45 minutes to Wynard Station by bus. It is a 3-minute walk to the local shopping mall, which includes an IGA, butcher, fresh food market, Anytime Fitness and more.

A large backyard with amazing sunlight and a deck area with a built-in BBQ. A comfortable living room area with plenty of seating and a large dining table to be shared.
