It takes 15 minutes to Parramatta Station or 45 minutes to Wynard Station by bus. It is a 3-minute walk to the local shopping mall, which includes an IGA, butcher, fresh food market, Anytime Fitness and more.

A large backyard with amazing sunlight and a deck area with a built-in BBQ. A comfortable living room area with plenty of seating and a large dining table to be shared.

Also, there will only be a maximum of 3 people including myself living in this house so plenty of space to be shared and only 2 x people will be sharing the bathroom.

I live with a beautiful 4-year-old domestic short-haired cat (Nebula). She is strictly indoors and minds her own business throughout the day watching the birds outside. Her name is Nebula cause she looks like an alien.
