We are mixed gender and mixed culture (Korean, Indonesian and Italian) in 20s-30s. We are looking for 1 woman to stay in 2 people woman share room:
*less party
*clean and tidy and non-smoker
*in 20s-30s
*minimum stay at least 3 months, long term preferable
*your roommate is a Korean woman

You will get:
*2 people shared room
*2 single beds, each of them with a pillow and a bedsheets
* internet
* fridge, microwave, all kitchen stuff, include baking stuff
* washing machine and dryer
* all bills included
* dishwasher, hand soap,toilet paper, plastic wrap, baking paper, aluminium foil, and rubbish bin provided
*no pet house

Literally, you only need to bring your luggage here.

Rent fee: $275/week/person (include bills and internet)
Bond money: 2weeks rent ($550)
