- The apartment is very modern and new, I keep the house very clean at all times.
- Built-in Wardrobe.
- TV and Desk.
- Bathroom is Shared.
- Internal laundry and dryer.
- Large balcony.
- Built in Air-conditioning/Heater.
- 300mbps Internet with Unlimited usage.
- All Bills Included.
- Off-Street Parking Only.
- Complex is normally very quiet and close to a lot of events in Olympic Park.
- Woolworths/Asian Grocery/Cafe and Restaurants is a few minutes walk away.
- The complex has a large pool, a garden on the roof top and a playground.
- BBQ’s are located all around the complex.
- ANZ stadium and trains are is walking distance from the apartment.
- I don’t smoke but balcony is large and don’t mind if you do.
