제가 살다가 한국으로 귀국하게 되어서 하우스메이트 대신해서 제가 쓰던 방 올려요
바로 근처 트램역있고 시티랑도 가깝고 안전하고 조용해서 살기 좋았어요
저도 이 집에 정이 들어서 좋은 분이 왔으면 좋겠네요 :)
같이 사는 친구들은 외국인 커플이고 매너있고 다정해요

•Located in the city next to darling harbour, 5 min from exhibition center station tram (L1) and 10 min walking to Chinatown station (L2). Broadway shopping center, Central Park at 10 min walking.
•The room includes gas lift double bed, building wardrobes with 2 big mirrors, draws, balcony and TV.
•*Shared bathroom and house with only two people. (3 including you) no one live in living room.*
•*390 per week*, including bills (electricity and internet). 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance. Minimum 3 months
